Women Returnship programs are designed to offer career opportunities to women who have recently taken time off from the workforce. This group is often disproportionately affected, as many women step away from their careers to raise children or care for family members. These Returnship programs provide a pathway for women to re-enter the workforce after a career break. They offer on-the-job training, mentorship, and a collaborative approach, helping women build the skills and confidence needed to successfully resume their careers.
